Key Responsibilities
Drive end-to-end development of AI-powered features to improve
patient outcomes and operational efficiency
Lead rapid prototyping efforts while establishing scalable AI
systems
Build robust evaluation pipelines to ensure trust, safety, and
utility of AI features
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a fast-paced startup environment
Deep familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks
Proven ability to lead teams in rapidly prototyping and delivering
AI-driven features
Experience with backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails is a
plus
Passionate about technology that improves care for individuals
