Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Sales Operations Manager
to manage operational processes and drive efficiency across
departments.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the single point of contact for internal audit activities
and outbound call operations
Maintain communication with management, staff, and vendors to
ensure proper organizational operations
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols while enhancing
organizational processes
Required Qualifications and Education
3 years of experience in a Sales, Operations, or Project Management
role
Previous experience in the health insurance industry
Experience with call center technology is desired
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities under
deadline pressure
Strong leadership and collaborative skills to work effectively
across teams
