Lead and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers, focusing on
their career growth and team success
Drive resource allocation and promote cross-training to enhance
team versatility
Influence the software development lifecycle to ensure efficiency,
security, and reliability of applications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or
equivalent experience
7+ years of professional software engineering experience
5+ years of experience in platform engineering with DevOps and Site
Reliability Engineering principles
3+ years in an engineering leadership role
Expertise in distributed systems and modern microservice-based
architectures
