Job Description:
A company is looking for an HCM Sales Executive to build
business relationships and create revenue opportunities for their
Human Capital Management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new prospects through networking and business
development activities
Profile and penetrate existing clientele to cultivate new revenue
opportunities
Develop and maintain relationships with CPAs, Banks, Financial
Advisors, and Insurance Brokers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience selling Payroll and/or HR Software solutions
required
Minimum of 3 years consultative software sales experience
Experience selling a SaaS solution preferred
Proven ability to manage a territory producing exceptional
results
