Job Description:

We're seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. Responsibilities:

--- Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals
--- Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future business
--- Move your sales leads and deals through the sales pipeline efficiently while consistently adding new target buyers into the funnel
--- Use your prospecting and follow-up skills with potential customers online, in-person, or on the phone to uncover potential upsells and new clients
--- Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselves
--- Educate both Company Staff, Prospects, and Customers on our Engineered Wood Flooring, Laminate Flooring, and Vinyl Flooring products
--- Develop strategies and work with sales and marketing team to expand the presence and reach of engineered wood flooring, vinyl flooring, and laminate products

Qualifications:

--- Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike
--- Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience
--- A consistent top performer in sales
--- High school or equivalent diploma required; industry or product knowledge preferred
--- Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills
--- Experience with Selling and working with Engineered Wood Flooring, Vinyl Flooring, and Laminate Flooring
--- Relationships within the Engineered Wood Flooring and Vinyl Flooring Community including dealers, distributors, designers, builders, and installers
