A company is looking for a General Construction Estimator.
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed estimates for various construction projects
Perform comprehensive quantity takeoffs using construction
documents
Analyze subcontractor and supplier bids for accuracy and alignment
with project scopes
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of construction estimating experience
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or
related field preferred
Strong understanding of structural systems and construction
methods
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural
drawings
Proficiency in estimating software such as Bluebeam and ProEst
