Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Front Line Controls
Officer.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the design and maintenance of an effective internal
control framework across relevant departments
Manage documentation of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA)
processes to align with regulatory requirements
Oversee remediation efforts and prepare comprehensive reports for
senior management and regulatory bodies
Key Requirements:
Advanced degrees preferred; High School diploma or GED required
Minimum 4 years of experience in risk management or internal audit
within the banking sector
Understanding of risk management frameworks and internal
controls
Knowledge of OCC Heightened Standards and Regulatory Category IV
banking requirements preferred
Strong project management and organizational skills
