A company is looking for a Senior Solution Consultant to work
closely with the sales team and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide other Solution Consultants
Handle challenging customer situations and demonstrate product
functionality
Align client needs with business objectives and communicate
effectively with project teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of pre-sales experience
In-depth knowledge of Cornerstone or Saba Cloud
Minimum of 3 years pre-sales experience in a software company
focused on HCM and SaaS
Strong relationship-building expertise and proven ability to
translate product functionality into client value
Experience working with a geographically dispersed team
