Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Coordinator to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with new business support, including documentation and
action items for prospect follow-ups
Lead research and development for Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and
manage logistics for pitch preparation
Support process refinement by organizing content and documenting
team processes and best practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare,
communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
1-2 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in
agency, healthcare, or marketing roles
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
in a fast-paced environment
Eagerness to learn and collaborate within a mission-driven team
