Key Responsibilities
Independently execute and implement design solutions while
mentoring junior team members
Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research and synthesize
findings to inform design decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate research
insights and guide design processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in UX design or related field with a
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Active TS/SCI Full Scope Poly Clearance
Proficiency in usability testing and user interface design
specifications
Experience with various research and synthesis methods in product
development
Ability to work in agile environments and collaborate effectively
with diverse teams
