Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payment Solutions Specialist
responsible for managing student account payment plans and
collections processes.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates with students about tuition balances and assists with
payment plans
Troubleshoots payment or account issues and collaborates with
stakeholders to complete daily processes
Ensures compliance with regulations and provides support to enhance
student retention and satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree
1 year of experience in accounting, customer service, collections,
or general office roles
Equivalent relevant experience may substitute for educational
requirements
Strong working knowledge of general accounting and federal
financial aid regulations
Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (pivot tables,
vlookups, etc.)
