support the recruitment process and attract top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and mid-level
roles
Post job openings and screen resumes to assess candidate
qualifications
Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate records in
the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative
support
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management
skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow through on issues to
resolution
Capable of working independently and as part of a team
