Job Description:
A company is looking for a Closing Coordinator (Temporary
Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the
settlement process
Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to
obtain necessary information for settlement
Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and
title insurance to potential customers
Required Qualifications
1 to 3+ years of title industry experience
Familiarity with software/technologies such as Qualia, Tableau, and
Google Drive
Strong customer service background with title and/or real estate
knowledge
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Enjoyment of challenges and creative problem solving
