A company is looking for an Escrow Assistant in Georgia.
Key Responsibilities
Process escrow files from order opening to closing, ensuring all
documentation is obtained
Review title commitments for accuracy and work with various
stakeholders to facilitate closings
Handle multiple transaction types while maintaining flexibility and
organization in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
High school diploma and one year of experience in escrow, real
estate, or the title field
Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications; experience
with Slack, Google Suite, and Qualia is a plus
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a dynamic work
environment
Detail-oriented and professional demeanor
Positive attitude and high energy
