Job Description:
A company is looking for a Rejection and Denial Specialist
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze patient insurance to identify correct plans and document
steps for timely account resolution
Identify and resolve billing and charge correction errors through
research and communication with relevant parties
Assist in training staff and evaluate insurance payor setups for
efficiency in eligibility processes
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification required
3+ years of experience with eligibility-related knowledge
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, government plans, HMOs, and
PPOs
3+ years of denials management experience
Strong computer skills, including MS Word and Excel
