Key Responsibilities
Order FHA Case numbers for new FHA loans and broker requests
Transfer FHA Case numbers to other lenders upon request
Order and follow up on SSA verification checks and 4506 transcripts
for new submissions
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience required
1-2 years of previous office/clerical experience required
Intermediate Microsoft Suite skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
required
Mortgage industry related experience preferred
