A company is looking for a Real Estate Transaction
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Audit purchase contracts to ensure compliance with rebate program
qualifications
Support accounting and finance teams in processing rebates for
eligible agents
Communicate effectively with various parties to address inquiries
and provide updates on transactions
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the real
estate industry
Strong knowledge of real estate transaction processes and legal
compliance
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Gsheets, GDocs, and Docusign
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
