A company is looking for a Remote Clover Technical Support
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional service and technical support for small
business merchants using Clover POS systems
Set up and train new users, assist with device preferences, and
troubleshoot complex issues
Engage in performance reviews, coaching, and team activities to
enhance service quality
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of experience in a customer-facing role,
preferably in financial services or technology support
Understanding of basic financial transaction processing and
payments
Knowledge of computers, internet navigation, and web
applications
Quiet and secure home working environment free from
distractions
