Job Description:
A company is looking for an Operations Specialist to support
operational processes related to insurance cancellations and
reinstatements in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Process billing tasks related to insurance cancellation and
reinstatement transactions
Conduct follow-up with insurance carriers on incomplete
transactions
Perform general data entry and updates in Salesforce
Qualifications:
Strong computer skills, including comfort with web-based
applications and data entry
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a
remote environment
Salesforce experience is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent required
