Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Control Specialist I to
provide analytical support and risk management monitoring for the
management team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide analytical support in executing internal control discipline
and operational excellence
Gather and organize data to monitor and test the effectiveness of
key controls and mitigation plans
Prepare documentation for tracking, monitoring, and escalation of
risk-related issues to management
Required Qualifications
High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience
Ability to follow clearly defined procedures to complete daily
tasks
Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little
autonomy
Acts as an ambassador of the risk culture
