Job Description:
A company is looking for a Title Examiner for a remote
opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
Performs title examination and analyzes the chain of title for
residential properties
Abstracts and analyzes records to determine ownership, legal
restrictions, and verify property descriptions
Prepares initial title commitment documentation and resolves issues
related to title documentation
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Typically requires 2+ years of examination experience in the state
of Maryland
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills
Proficient with standard MS applications and company operating
systems
Knowledge of legal terms is helpful
