Job Description:

A company is looking for a Roadmap Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA).
Key Responsibilities

Apply private-sector technology roadmapping standards to enhance modernization and delivery of Veteran-centric care
Utilize industry-standard templates for technical visioning, gap analysis, and milestone planning to facilitate digital transformation
Introduce private-sector innovations to improve the Veteran digital experience and responsiveness of care systems

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
2+ years of relevant experience, with 10 years of experience potentially substituting for education
Experience in modernizing and streamlining roadmaps for critical IT systems
Familiarity with Microsoft Suite, Active Directory, and ServiceNow
Must meet Suitability / Public Trust requirements
