Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate EPIC Instructional
Designer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Maintain educational materials to ensure they are current with Epic
changes and usable for trainers
Complete assigned tasks in learning-related project plans and
support testing and design of new functionalities
Provide application troubleshooting support and collaborate with
instructional designers to improve learning experiences
Required Qualifications
Associate degree required; 3 years of experience may be accepted in
lieu of a degree
2 years of professional experience in Training, Information
Technology, or Healthcare operations, or 1-2 years in EHR
deployment
Must complete Instructional Design certification within 1 year in
the role
Must have a minimum of 2 years in the Associate Instructional
Designer role to progress to Intermediate
Current Credentialed Trainer in at least 1 Epic application
preferred; expected to obtain certification within six months of
hire
