Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Attorney, Workers'
Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze complex legal issues and develop defense strategies
independently
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings and motions, without
supervision
Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and opposing counsel
regarding legal matters
Qualifications
Minimum of 7 years of legal practice experience in Workers'
Compensation
JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in
Massachusetts and Rhode Island
Additional licensure in Vermont, New Hampshire, or Maine is a
plus
Self-directed with strong organizational and prioritization
skills
Proficient in MS Office applications
