Job Description: Well&Nest LLC has partnered with a full-service, mid-size law firm looking for an experienced Litigation Attorney (Mid-Senior). Qualifications: 7 to 15+ years of litigation experience required. Creditor representation and a bit of bankruptcy. They would love someone with plenty of courtroom experience. Real Estate, creditor rights, and bankruptcy are preferred Licensed to practice law in California Self-Motivated. They do not micromanage our people. You must be able to work autonomously. You'll have all the training you need, and they will help you. Highly Communicative. Dedicated Constant Communication is a core value. Customer Service Oriented. A good litigator will balance difficult clients and opposing counsel to resolve cases. The art of client communication is as important as the attorney competency necessary to handle the case. Solutions Oriented. Their clients want solutions. They want to figure out how to handle their matter from beginning to end strategically, not a list of roadblocks. Figuring out solutions to tough problems is why our clients love them. Compensation: Competitive salary depending on experience; salary range for this position is $165,000 - $195,000 Discretionary annual bonus depending on performance. 1920 billable hour expectation per year. Compensation will be based on experience level. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Other compensation: "Other Compensation" includes, but is not limited to, bonuses, profit-sharing, or other forms of compensation offered to the hired applicant in addition to their established salary range or wage scale. Benefits: 100% medical, vision/dental offered 401k/profit sharing plan. The firm contributes 3% of an employee's annual salary. The 3% contribution begins after one year of employment and the first open enrollment period thereafter. There is a vesting period for the profit-sharing plan. Unlimited PTO Location: Completely remote, or full-time in their Irvine office, or hybrid will be accommodated depending on the candidate's abilities.
