approvals worldwide. We work with pharmaceutical partners and
international regulatory agencies across the globe to develop
companion diagnostics, which are necessary to gain approval of new
drugs and treatments for cancer patients. Our harmonized ISO15189
accredited and CLIA/CAP clinical laboratories offer a test menu
focused on biomarkers which are clinically actionable to support
therapeutic decisions, measurable residual disease (MRD) testing,
patient stratification, and trial enrollment, all designed to
accelerate approvals of new oncology drugs and treatments. For 30
years, we have been at forefront of precision diagnostics, and
we’re just getting started! We are looking to add a Graphics and
Web Designer / Developer to integrate digital strategy, visual
design, UX, and motion graphics expertise to elevate brand
awareness across digital and print media to strengthen customer
engagement and drive customer acquisition. S/he will own
Invivoscribe’s presence across web, email, social media, and
multimedia formats, while ensuring that all design output aligns
with scientific accuracy, branding standards, and optimized user
experiences. Core Responsibilities Include: Website Management
Optimize website for performance for organic visibility, (e.g. LLM
SEO, GEO, AEO) and accessibility. Troubleshoot and resolve design
or functionality issues. Front-end development includes content
management, performance, security, and UX updates in collaboration
with product marketing team. Apply and maintain UX best practices
to enhance navigation, optimize content structure, and support
customer journeys. Perform basic-intermediate level back-end
development. Visual Design and Motion Graphics Create high quality
visual assets including graphics, illustrations, motion design, and
animations for campaigns, educational content, product support, and
social media. Maintain and expand Invivoscribe’s digital asset
libraries, visual identity systems and iconography. Collaborate
cross functionally to translate complex scientific concepts into
clear, engaging visual narratives. Brand and Content Development
Produce multimedia content that supports product launches,
educational initiatives, and thought leadership. Own and maintain
brand guide to ensure visual consistency across all channels.
Contribute to copy, visual direction, and strategic content
planning for major campaigns. Work with consultants and outside
vendors as required. You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in marketing,
design, communications, or a related creative discipline and 5
years of experience in digital marketing, visual design, web
design, and/or multimedia design; life science experience highly
preferred. Sound proficiency in SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and
marketing automation platforms. Sound proficiency in managing and
modifying WordPress sites, including theme customization, plugin
integration, performance optimization, and security best practices.
Expertise with motion design, animation, 3D design, and visual
design, including Adobe Creative Cloud mastery (After Effects,
Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere and/or Animate). Skilled
in front end web development, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript,
responsive design standards, and cross browser optimization. Able
to perform basic-intermediate level back-end web development.
Skilled in UX principles to improve navigation, workflow, and user
interactions, ensuring intuitive access to scientific and technical
content. Skilled in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interface
layouts using tools such as Figma or Sketch, with attention to
clarity, hierarchy, and accessibility. Familiarity with analytics
tools to evaluate and improve user behavior, conversion pathways,
and digital experience effectiveness. Demonstrated understanding of
web accessibility guidelines and compliance requirements to support
global scientific and clinical audiences. Proficient computer
skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word,
Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint), collaboration tools, and the
ability to learn new software programs. We Bring: A beautiful
