We operate under Responsible Growth principles, focusing on delivering value to clients, teammates, communities, and shareholders daily.The Information Security Officer will be part of the Business Information Security Officer's (BISO) organization, collaborating closely with line of business teams, COOs, and supporting technology groups from CIOs/CTOs. This role involves developing a deep understanding of the business to facilitate specialized, risk-based security discussions, ensuring alignment of security priorities. The officer will provide guidance on information security policies, controls, and best practices.Scale/Scope:

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of information security initiatives for the line of business (LOB).
• Serve as an SME and liaison with GIS teams, participating in enterprise and LOB-specific security programs.
• Advocate for LOB security investment prioritization.
• Advise management on security risks and recommend mitigation actions.
• Monitor internal and external security trends, keeping leadership informed.
• Manage security control alignment reporting to LOB leadership.Risk Management:
• Lead GIS/LOB risk deliverables.
• Collaborate on critical security priorities with risk partners.
• Participate in risk management and business continuity routines.
• Identify and evaluate critical security controls on key business processes.Leadership/Strategy:
• Build strong relationships with technology peers and LOB partners.
• Support client triage processes and explain GIS support structures.
• Promote a risk-aware culture and partnership with technology teams.
• Contribute to security risk strategy discussions in CIO routines.
• Possess a solid understanding of security in big data environments.Required Skills:

• 2-5 years in technology and over 5 years in information security.
• Subject matter expertise in application security, vulnerability management, system testing, or Agile lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of the specific LOB's business functions.
• 1-2 years in risk management, including application risk classification and control assessments.
• Proficiency in reporting and advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.Shift: 1st shift (United States of America)Hours Per Week: 40Pay Transparency Details: Locations include Denver, Washington, Chicago, and Jersey City with a salary range of $98,200 to $146,600, based on experience and skills. The role is eligible for discretionary incentives and benefits, including paid time off and other resources.
