• Develop and deploy Product Data readiness deliverables within the PLM, Data & Analytics workstream, focusing on the Plan to Deliver value stream for the NextGen ERP program.
• Enhance the current Master Data Governance framework and MDG tool usage to manage multi-domain Master Data (Product, Customer, Supplier).
• Develop or improve Data Process Maps and Data Standards Documents for the End-to-End PLM Ecosystem, aligning with business process maps.
• Update Product Data Standards to accommodate all applicable Master Data domains and map out their use in transactional processes.
• Prioritize the development of an Enterprise Data Architecture framework centered around SAP S/4 HANA.
• Develop KPIs and metrics to measure Master Data success and effectiveness across domains, leveraging MDG reporting tools.
• Design and evolve Solution Architecture for the ERP ecosystem in collaboration with GIS partners.
• Provide business SME inputs for ERP Solution Architecture components, focusing on Enterprise Data.
• Define Data Requirements for project deliverables like Data Migration, Data Conversion, and Data Integration.
• Identify scope for source data standardization and cleansing prior to migration into SAP S/4 HANA.
• Create data scenarios to test SAP S/4 HANA business Use Cases for PLM and Master Data.
• Collaborate with teams to map out PLM user roles, training, and roles setup to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
• Support change management efforts, including training and communication, to facilitate successful ERP adoption.
• Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding project status and milestones.All requirements are essential, but accommodations may be made for additional tasks as needed.Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's in Computer Science, Business Management, or related; M.S. or MBA preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, data-driven, and analytical skills.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in PLM, ERP transformation, or related fields.
  • Certifications like Teamcenter PLM, SAP MDG/QM/IBP, or Lean Six Sigma preferred.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or regulated environments.
  • Proven success in managing large-scale, multi-region projects.
