Key Responsibilities
Drive solution design by leading requirements gathering and
creating scalable solutions tailored to client needs
Own solution delivery from scoping to go-live, ensuring
customer-specific solutions are implemented effectively
Collaborate cross-functionally to align product capabilities with
client needs and document solutions clearly
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in technical project management and/or
solution engineering in healthcare technology
Background in engineering or technical development with a strong
grasp of modern development practices
Proven ability to translate strategic client objectives into
actionable insights and implementation plans
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a
fast-paced, agile environment
Familiarity with healthcare data integration and modern data
pipelines
