Job Description:
A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support
various HR functions and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the HR Manager with scheduling, documentation, and
administrative tasks
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Team and senior leadership
for metrics and project support
Conduct employee onboarding and maintain employee records using
HRIS systems
Required Qualifications:
Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET
Clearance
3+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a related HR
role
B.A. degree in Human Resources or a related field
Working knowledge of HR functions and best practices
Proficient with MS products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
