A company is looking for a Payroll Specialist Lead in
Switzerland.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert managing relationships with
stakeholders in Payroll Implementation, Finance, and
Engineering
Process full end-to-end payroll, including statutory filings,
approvals, payments, and compliance
Ensure data integrity and quality while mentoring payroll
specialists and supporting regional managers
Required Qualifications
Experience in payroll management or equivalent
Knowledge of payroll best practices
Proficiency in software tools such as SAP and Excel/Google
Sheets
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work
environment
Fluency in English
