Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Reservation Agent to provide
exceptional customer service and manage reservations.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and provide information about hotel services
and the surrounding area
Process and audit reservations, ensuring accuracy in billing and
details
Upsell resort experiences and manage group rooming lists in the
property management system
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a hotel
setting
Prior experience in a Reservations Department is preferred
Intermediate to advanced typing and computer skills
Flexibility to work remotely from 3pm to 11pm PST, including
weekends and holidays
Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer
