Job Description:
Physician (HIV/Infectious Disease) Location: Los Angeles, CA We are seeking a compassionate and patient-focused Physician
specializing in HIV and Infectious Disease care to join a modern
outpatient healthcare practice in Los Angeles, CA. The provider
will deliver comprehensive care to adult and senior patients within
a collaborative and LGBTQ+ inclusive clinical environment focused
on preventive care, chronic disease management, and patient
education. Provide comprehensive outpatient HIV and Infectious Disease care
for adult patients Manage HIV/AIDS treatment plans and monitor ongoing patient
care Prescribe and manage PrEP and PEP therapies Diagnose and treat infectious diseases and related chronic
health conditions Provide preventive care, patient counseling, and health
education Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure
continuity of care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Participate in quality improvement and patient-centered care
initiatives MD or DO from an accredited medical school required Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Disease,
Internal Medicine, or related specialty Active California medical license or ability to obtain
required Minimum few years of clinical experience preferred Experience managing HIV/AIDS patients required Experience with PrEP/PEP management required Strong communication, patient education, and interpersonal
skills Experience in outpatient or community health settings
