Position Details Position: Aesthetic Injector (RN or NP) Schedule: Part-time or Full-time (flexible) Location: Orange County, Yorba Linda, CA Compensation: Competitive hourly rate starting at $40/hour , depending on experience Commission and performance-based bonuses Six-figure earning potential Key Responsibilities Primary Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care in collaboration with a supervising physician, in compliance with California state regulations Conduct comprehensive consultations, including medical history review and aesthetic assessments Perform injectable and aesthetic treatments with precision and safety, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, and microneedling Accurately document patient encounters, treatment plans, and outcomes in the EMR Capture high-quality before-and-after photographs according to clinic standards Maintain treatment rooms and clinical spaces in accordance with OSHA and safety guidelines Secondary Responsibilities: Complete end-of-shift inventory and ensure accountability of supplies Assist with patient check-out as needed Support marketing efforts, including events and social media engagement Performance Expectations Success in this role is measured by patient safety, treatment quality, patient satisfaction, documentation accuracy, client retention, and participation in continuing education.
