Yes Contract Length: 13 weeks Shifts: Flexible Shift Details: 12 Hours per day Weekly Schedule: 36 Hours Certifications / Licence: BLS - Basic Life Support. AOTA - Occupational Therapy. or Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of CA (SP). or Physical Therapy in the State of California required (Codes: OTR, PT, PTA, SLP). Mandatory Experience: Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrated ability to evaluate staff/processes and write reports Demonstrated ability to recognize operational gaps and develop appropriate interventions Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast -paced environment Ability to foster effective working relationships and build consensus Demonstrated ability to manage projects and resources (people, costs, time) Demonstrated ability to mediate and resolve simple problems and issues Demonstrated ability to provide leadership to team and influence others Demonstrated ability to supervise, coach, mentor, train, and evaluate work results Knowledge of computer systems and software used in functional area Knowledge of Medical Terminology Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, administration, and personnel management Knowledge of principles, methods, equipment, and theory of the practice of clinical specialty Get in Touch: We want to hear from you!
