Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Product Operations who will
lead a centralized team delivering shared services across product
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team across Digital UX, Customer
Experience, Product Marketing, Competitive Intelligence, and
Product Analytics
Oversee the delivery of shared services, ensuring resources are
effectively allocated and tailored to product needs
Partner with product leadership to align services with business
objectives and implement continuous improvement processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
5 years of experience in product, customer/user experience, or
marketing
3 years of proven leadership experience managing and coaching
teams
3 years of experience in a third-party administrator or health
plan
Deep knowledge of self-funded health plans and compliance in the
healthcare payer space
