Job Description:
A company is looking for a Housing Manager to assist with
attendee management and rooming list communication for meetings and
events.
Key Responsibilities
Manage rooming lists and communicate with hotels regarding
necessary corrections and attrition liabilities
Support the Registration Managers in designing and maintaining
registration websites using CVENT
Monitor the attendee registration process and liaise with the
Meeting Air Coordinator for travel arrangements
Required Qualifications
Prior experience in housing management, registration management, or
meeting planning
Proven experience with rooming list management and web development
(CVENT knowledge required)
Ability to adapt to new technologies and manage multiple
projects
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Pharma/Medical Device experience and CMP/HMCC certification
preferred
