Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Technology Programs &
Operations - GenAI and Cloud Engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical program managers and scrum masters
supporting SDLC and tech programs
Design program plans and oversee working teams for strategic
programs, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Partner with senior leaders to support platform adoption and align
technology delivery across the organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience leading tech or business transformation programs across
multiple teams
Deep experience with Agile software development at scale
Experience engaging with technical experts and senior business
leaders
Familiarity with cloud technology, particularly AWS, and AI/ML
capabilities is strongly preferred
