A company is looking for a Regional Manager of Resident
Maintenance Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor Facility Maintenance Managers and teams to foster
accountability and teamwork
Ensure effective execution of maintenance programs and oversee
resource allocation for operational efficiency
Act as a trusted partner to clients, providing tailored solutions
and maintaining transparency in communications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Facilities Management, Business
Administration, or equivalent experience
10+ years of leadership experience in maintenance management or
similar roles
Experience with preventive maintenance systems and automation
technologies
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site operations
Valid driver's license and safe driving record
