Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Contract
Strategy and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of pricing and contract management
functions
Ensure compliance and alignment of contracts with business
objectives
Develop and implement standardized processes for pricing and
contract operations
Required Qualifications:
Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
(MBA preferred)
Minimum of 8+ years of experience in pricing, contracting, or
operations within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
Demonstrated success in contract negotiation and strategic pricing
implementation
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and
compliance requirements
Proficiency in advanced contract management software and financial
analysis tools
