A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop strategic relationships with REITs, Asset Management
companies, Property Management companies, and their legal
representatives
Execute client contracts, manage financial approvals, and oversee
construction processes
Collaborate with the marketing team on strategy, communication, and
collateral material distribution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree desired; advanced degree preferred
3+ years of experience in the Telecom industry preferred
2+ years of sales or business development experience required
Documented record of meeting and exceeding sales performance
expectations
High proficiency in MS Office products
