Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Asset Management - Real
Estate Debt.
Key Responsibilities
Support development of deal memos, cash flow models, and
transaction timelines
Establish governance structures to monitor business plans, budgets,
and transaction progress
Track project performance metrics and produce regular performance
reports for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in real estate financing, construction
lending, or related fields
Strong understanding of homebuilder industry dynamics and financing
structures
Demonstrated experience with A&D loans, landbanking
transactions, and/or construction loans
Experience executing and managing horizontal and/or vertical
construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Construction Management,
or related field
