Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consulting Director to lead advisory
engagements focused on strategic and technology assessments for
Health Plan operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead advisory engagements to assess current operations and define
future state roadmaps for transformation
Leverage technology to optimize core administrative functions and
improve operational efficiency
Conduct financial assessments to identify cost-saving opportunities
and develop business cases for operational improvements
Required Qualifications
At least 8 years of relevant experience in a Consulting Leadership
role within the Health Plan sector
Proven ability to build relationships with C-suite leadership and
stakeholders
Experience in creating technology roadmaps and selecting
appropriate technology platforms
Knowledge of profitability management and experience in
outcome-based pricing models
Experience in structuring solutions for large transformational
deals and managing team performance
