Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design Manager (FT,
Temporary).
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Design Director and team to establish creative
direction and user experience for Spanish Reading products
Create engaging design solutions ensuring cohesion between print
and digital components
Lead and manage the design and user experience of product
components with a focus on usability for teachers and students
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a similar field, or
equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in K-12 education, children's publishing, or
media, preferably in Language Arts/Spanish
5+ years of experience in print design processes and production
Experience in implementing Design Thinking and User-Centered Design
practices
Expert level proficiency in Adobe CC and Microsoft Office
