Role OverviewSodexo is seeking an innovative General Manager for
Environmental Services for our University account at Point Loma
Nazarene in San Diego, CA, on the beautiful Pacific Coastline! The
GM will be responsible for contract oversight, financial oversight,
and management of Environmental Services/custodial services for
over 1 million sq ft campus, including up to 60 buildings such as
Residence Halls and 3 Regional Centers/satellite campuses. A key
aspect of this role is developing trusting client relationships
through regular communication (written, email, calls, and
in-person) and developing, mentoring, and training staff for
ongoing professional development. Salary is on the high end of the

- Expertise in client relationships
- Proficiency in technology and software
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
- 3-5 years of previous custodial or housekeeping director
experience in a large complex or environment
- Strong leadership skills and self-initiative to independently
drive program compliance and target achievement
- Ability to motivate teams to exceed client and customer
expectations in service and technical execution
- Ability to lead through data, present, and effectively
communicate at all organizational levels, including training,
