Develop and optimize processes for efficient bookkeeping service
delivery
Lead and mentor a team of bookkeepers, promoting operational
excellence
Monitor KPIs to improve service quality and customer
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in operational management, preferably in
bookkeeping or tax solutions
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance,
or equivalent experience
Experience managing teams of 25+ members, including remote
teams
Solid understanding of bookkeeping services and process
refinement
Proven track record in driving process improvements and operational
excellence
