A company is looking for a Head of Global Training &
Enablement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of enablement professionals across five
focus areas
Design and deliver engaging training programs and facilitate
sessions for various teams
Develop and execute a comprehensive enablement strategy aligned
with business goals
Required Qualifications
7+ years' experience in Sales, Training, and Enablement
4+ years' experience in a hunter sales role
3+ years' experience in managing teams and delivering against
business goals
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and experience with
instructional design
Proven experience in building enablement resources and training
programs
