A company is looking for a Specialist Security Engineer - WAF
Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement secure Web Application Firewall (WAF)
solutions and maintain network security
Troubleshoot complex traffic issues and collaborate with teams to
mitigate security incidents
Research and evaluate new security technologies to enhance network
infrastructure
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computing Science or a related field, or
equivalent work experience
8+ years of experience in Information Security Engineering
Expert knowledge of WAF technologies (e.g., AWS WAF, Imperva,
Cloudflare)
Strong understanding of security control configuration and
design
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GSEC
preferred
