Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Operations Engineer to join
their Product Engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer and technical incidents across communication
channels
Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents while
contributing to Problem Management
Build and maintain monitoring solutions, analyze data for product
improvements, and configure digital tools
Required Qualifications
Extensive SQL knowledge and experience with complex queries
Experience in an operational role
Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell
Knowledge of ITIL and experience with REST API development
(preferable)
Experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Portal and C#, .Net, and
Angular.js (preferable)
