Required Qualifications - EDUCATION REQUIREMENT High school graduate or GED; may be offset by experience; Vocational School or Associate's degree helpful - 5 years of experience in general residential maintenance in a multi-family residential industry - EPA 608 or Universalcertification - 3 years of supervisory experience - Proficient with all tools required, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, power tools, saws, drills, hammers, etc.; able to train others in their use - Solid computer/phone skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook), RealPage, translator apps, computer-based training, timekeeping, etc.; the employee may be required to use a personal phone for on-the-job communication - Ability to use mobile work order app, phone, camera, and e-mail to communicate and confirm work order requirements - REAL ID-compliant drivers license - Ability to pass a state and federal background check to obtain access to the installation; ability to pass a 12-panel pre-employment drug test EEO Commitment:We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, ethnicity, sex, pregnancy, sexual orientation, gender identity/expression, including transgender identity, religion, disability, age, genetics, active military or veteran status and any other characteristics protected under applicable federal or state law.
